Konro is a typical Indonesian beef rib soup dish that originates from the Makassar ethnic tradition. This soup is usually made with beef ribs or beef. This blackish brown soup dish is usually eaten with burasa and ketupat which are cut into pieces first.
so that everyone knows that konro is a typical food from Makassar. I introduced konro to my friend because my friend hasn't tried konro at all, so I intend to try my friend konro, so he knows how it tastes, what it looks like.
