Soto Banjar ya iku soto khas suku Banjar, Kalimantan Kidul, bahan utamané ya iku pitik lan duwé aroma rempah-rempah kayata kayu manis, pala lan cengkeh. Soto iki isine pitik suwir, kue ubi, endhog rebus, lan disuguhake karo potongan ketupat.
Kaya soto pitik, bumbu soto Banjar sing dominan digunakake yaiku bawang bombay, bawang putih lan mrica. Soto Banjar ora nganggo kunir kaya Soto Lamongan saka Jawa Timur. Rempah-rempahipun dipuntumis rumiyin kanthi lenga goreng utawi lenga sathithik ngantos arum saderengipun dipunlebetaken ing rebusan ayam.
