As a result, dozens of residents had to be evacuated and access to district roads in the area was temporarily impassable because they were blocked by materials. The Head of Kalirejo Village, Lana, said that this incident took place in Plampang II Hamlet, a local village on Thursday (19/5/2022) this afternoon. This event was triggered by heavy rains that hit the area. "Heavy rain with a duration of more than 1 hour. As a result, flooding occurred in the Plampang II area, precisely in RT 67 RW 21," said Lana, when asked for confirmation by Central Java, Thursday night. Lana explained that as a result of this incident, at least 20 residents were evacuated. This is because the flood inundated the residents' houses.

Lurah Kalirejo, Lana mengatakan peristiwa ini terjadi di Dusun Plampang II, kalurahan setempat pada Kamis (19/5/2022) sore tadi. Peristiwa ini dipicu oleh hujan lebat yang melanda wilayah tersebut.
"Hujan lebat dengan durasi lebih dari 1 jam. Akibatnya terjadi banjir, di wilayah Plampang II, tepatnya di RT 67 RW 21," ungkap Lana, saat dimintai konfirmasi oleh detikJateng, Kamis malam. Lana menjelaskan akibat peristiwa ini setidaknya ada 20 warga yang diungsikan. Ini karena banjir menggenangi rumah warga.
