Dynasty politics has recently been very hotly discussed ahead of the 2024 democratic party. Dynasty politics is hereditary political power, meaning it is run by a group of people who have family relationships, however, dynasty politics is considered to be an influence on the emergence of Gen Z on the political scene who will contest to be elected as people's representatives in the upcoming 2024 election, with a percentage of 56%. From this, it is not surprising why political dynasties are often discussed nowadays because they are rooted in the rise of Gen Z emerging as candidates for people's representatives which is seen as an encouragement or legacy to continue the political pillars of the previous family and intervention from various parties so that the fundamental question is whether they are the ones who Is it appropriate to nominate yourself as a people's representative according to your capability to be a leader for the next 5 years?
Between Gen Z and Dynasty Politics, of course what comes to mind is the intention to take care of the people or to amass wealth? Due to the condition of Gen Z to this day, they are not yet able to comprehensively understand the constitution because they only depend on digital platforms, typing memes and emojis and using dancing applications, so that when they directly enter the world of politics and take up a position as a candidate for people's representatives in both the legislative and executive institutions, it will have consequences. The real fatality as a Gen Z who is new to the world of politics is to choose a standard position first to become an active voter, prepare skills and increase leadership experience so that later when they become a candidate for people's representatives they will produce quality leaders and of course bring change in society by realizing true prosperity without there is more overlap in leadership practices.In Indonesian
Politik Dinasti akhir-akhir ini sangat ramai diperbincangkan menjelang pesta demokrasi 2024 mendatang. Politik Dinasti merupakan kekuasan politik turun temurun, artinya dijalankan oleh sekelompok orang yang memiliki hubungan keluarga, akan tetapi politik dinasti dinilai menjadi pengaruh munculnya Gen Z di panngung politik yang akan berkontestasi dipilih sebagai wakil rakyat di pemilu 2024 mendatang yang jika dipresentasekan sebanyak 56%. Dari hal tersebut tidak heran mengapa dinasti politik sering diperbincangkan saat ini karena berakar pada maraknya Gen Z bermunculan sebagai calon wakil rakyat yang dinilai sebagai dorongan atau warisan untuk meneruskan pilar politik dari keluarga sebelumnya dan intervensi dari berbagai pihak sehingga yang menjadi pertanyaan mendasar adalah apakah mereka yang menacalonkan sebagai wakil rakyat sudah pantas sesuai kapabilitas menjadi pemimpin 5 tahun kedepannya?
Antara Gen Z dan Politik Dinasti tentunya yang terbenak adalah niat mengurus rakyat atau menimbun kekayaan? Karena keadaan Gen Z sampai hari ini , memahami secara komprehensif konstitusi saja belum mampu karena hanya ketergantungan platform digital mengetik meme dan emoji serta menggunakan aplikasi joget sehingga ketika langsung terjun dalam dunia politik dan memasang posisi sebagai calon wakil rakyat baik di lembaga legislatif maupun eksekutif akan berakibat fatal sejatinya sebagai Gen Z yang baru mengenal dunia politik adalah memilih posisi standar terlebih dahulu menjadi pemilih aktif, mempersiapkan skill dan memperbanyak pengalaman memimpin sehingga nantinya ketika menjadi calon wakil rakyat akan menghasilkan pemimpin yang berkualitas dan tentunya membawa perubahan ditengah masyarakat dengan mewujudkan kesejahteraan yang sesungguhnya tanpa adanya lagi tumpang tindih dalam praktik memimpin.In Makassar
