Sop Kikil is one of the specialties of Makassar City. This food is the main ingredient is beef with veins (usually the legs), so that when eaten the meat feels chewy. The broth is the broth of the meat, mixed with kunir, lemongrass, fried onions and other spices. Sop kikil is not only found on the side of the road, there are also many in the hallways.
