Introducing one of the typical foods from South Sulawesi, namely Banana Epe. Banana epe is made from kepok mengkal bananas which are grilled on a small stove or brazier, then flattened and drizzled with brown sugar sauce.

Memperkenalkan salah satu makanan khas dari Sulawesi Selatan yaitu Pisang Epe. Pisang epe terbuat dari pisang kepok mengkal yang dibakar di atas tungku kecil atau anglo,lalu di pipihkan dan disirami saus gula merah.
