Evacuation in my opinion is a temporary shelter that is generally intended for people affected by disasters/disasters, such as when the earthquake and tsunami hit Palu and its surroundings in Central Sulawesi on September 28, 2018, approximately 2,000 bodies were found. However, the exact death toll is very small considering that a number of residential areas were swept away by the tsunami and liquefaction, thus burying many people. And in my opinion, there are still many disaster residents whose rights and needs have not been met, starting from the housing aspect. And in my opinion, the distribution of government aid to tsunami victims is uneven, examples of development have not reached remote areas, so that people in remote areas feel that there is justice by the government because access is not considered, only in urban areas. areas where infrastructure is being built. In Palu alone, there are around 4000 families who cannot be accommodated and they are still living in refugee camps, as well as refugees struggling to get basic needs, clean water, and othiers. One of the most crucial is the lack of food and beverage logistics supplies in the affected areas. The amount of aid sent by the central government through the Ministry of Social Affairs on the first day after the earthquake and tsunami was insignificant compared to the number of refugees estimated at tens of thousands of people. And approximately 6 months after the earthquake followed by the tsunami that hit Palu, Sigi, and Donggala in Central Sulawesi, thousands of people still live in refugee camps.
