Coto Makassar merupakan makanan tradisional yang berasal dari Makassar. Makanan ini berbahan dasar daging sapi dan dibumbui dengan segudang rempah sehingga menghasilkan makanan bercita rasa tinggi. Sehingga banyak orang yang sangat menggemari makanan ini terutama dikalangan masyarakat Makassar.
