The Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) phenomenon is increasingly experienced by Generation Z, characterized by feelings of anxiety, doubt, stress, and confusion in determining the direction of life, career, and self-identity. So, mental health is at stake if we do not detect it early and follow up. Mental health is known as a phenomenon that is often associated with Generation Z. This term emerged since the COVID-19 Pandemic, a pandemic experienced by the Indonesian population during the period 2020 to 2023. Not only did it result in many infections of the COVID-19 virus, but a total of 64.8% of the 4,010 people who conducted psychological self-examinations from April to August 2021, experienced psychological problems during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. According to PDSKJI (Indonesian Association of Psychiatric Specialists. Psychological problems are most commonly experienced by the age group of 17 to 29 years and older than 60 years. Generation Z, who was born from 1997 to 2012, is part of the group of Indonesians who experience the most psychological problems. Generation Z is a generation that has been close to technology since birth. The development of our lives is even helped a lot by technology and the Internet. So, technology and the Internet are things that must exist, not in the form of innovation as experienced by previous generations Mental health is greatly influenced by the problems around us, the closest thing is the misuse of social media technology. Nowadays, people are free to share about anything in their lives, such as achievements, glamorous lifestyles, love life, success at a young age and many others that result in a sense of insecurity when looking at these contents, and even tend to compare themselves with the "perfect" life they have, even though what they see on social media is not necessarily better than what they are real. Departing from this, our task as users is to filter the information we receive, choose spectacles that are indeed useful and in line with our targets or plans in the future, distance ourselves from content that is actually a distraction for us in self-development, so that Social Media becomes a promising Ouput Instead of being consumers of content on Social Media, we as Generation Z should maximize our lives in the Real World by Increasing Spiritual Values, belief in destiny and effort, focusing on ourselves and utilizing social media as a tool to find information related to self-development, finding a job, learning religious/spiritual science, so that with the collaboration between modern technology and Spirituality, it will actually make us a generation who are much more productive and have good mental health Based on this, echoing the Modern and Spiritual Technology Collaboration program is an efficient step for Generation Z in facing the challenges of the current Quarter Life Crisis, instilling religious knowledge and applying it with today's modern technology
Discussing the issues that need to be prioritized by the prospective regional head. I think there are many things that need to be prioritized for Makassar City to become the prima donna of Eastern Indonesia. There are several points that are important issues: 1. Environmental Issues There are many issues related to the environment, starting from the slow handling of waste which causes flooding in several places during the rainy season, even reaching the main roads causing traffic jams, and worse, there have been riots on the toll roads because motorcyclists entered. The road repairs are not felt, traffic jams often occur in several places, there is a water crisis in some areas, and in recent years there have been rolling blackouts. 2. The Issue of Poverty and Misallocated Aid I think this might be quite heavy, but this issue also needs to be addressed so that welfare can be built. Regarding the issue of poverty, I want to connect it with the awareness that if people are continuously spoon-fed without being given something that can improve themselves, such as skill training, creativity, or something similar, then those people will have a poverty mentality and will keep waiting to be spoon-fed. I completely agree that the social assistance given frequently is very helpful, but not with the provision of social assistance for free without any goals to achieve. Moreover, if the assistance provided is not targeted and only favors those with connections or acquaintances, it is truly ironic. 3. HR and Job Vacancies The topic of HR and job vacancies also has important issues that need to be addressed. Where Human Resources or the quality of the community's self needs to be taken into account and supported. I think there needs to be a program created so that human resources can understand the job market, which is currently closely tied to technological developments, as well as a program that can open up job opportunities because there are many people out there who are struggling and even becoming desperate about employment. I think that issue needs to be prioritized in the city of Makassar, and solutions need to be provided along with actions taken. At the very least, there needs to be a platform to listen to grievances or provide mutual feedback regarding what the community experiences and what the government does, so that quick responses can be created. And from that platform, it is not only the regional heads who need to pay attention to and prioritize issues, but also how a regional head can have a positive influence to embrace and invite all or at least some of the community to pay attention to several existing issues to make Makassar better.
Economy and welfare are two closely related concepts. Economics refers to the system of production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services in a society. Meanwhile, welfare refers to a condition in which basic human needs are met, both materially and non-materially, so that individuals can live a decent and quality life. In the context of the election of regional head candidates, the issue of “economy and welfare” is an important issue to be prioritized by regional head candidates because both have a direct impact on the quality of life of the community. By improving economic conditions and welfare, regional heads can create a more prosperous and stable environment, with the reason being that if the economy develops, people are more able to get better access to their needs such as food, education, health services, and housing, especially in peripheral areas which are still often found. This can improve the overall physical, mental, and social well-being of the community. Poverty reduction can also be one of the main objectives in economic development, by creating programs that focus on providing jobs, developing MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises), and social assistance that can help lift the poor out of poverty because it can be a reason for some people who want to pursue a more decent education. Regional heads who are able to overcome poverty will have a significant direct impact on their citizens and of course jobs not only provide income, but also provide a sense of belonging, identity, and satisfaction for them. Some of these regions still have challenges in providing employment, especially among young people, which is one of the problems that must be addressed in effective economic policies and of course this development is preferred by the community. A growing economy can create more jobs for people. Regional heads who focus on economic development will seek to increase investment in their region, supporting local sectors such as agriculture, fisheries, industry and tourism. This gives people the opportunity to work and have a stable income. Health is also an important aspect of well-being. A good health program will improve people's overall quality of life. Regional head candidates need to ensure that health services are easily accessible and of high quality, especially for vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly. With programs aimed at health, it will help create a more productive generation. Of course, good health will increase productivity. The provision of adequate and affordable clean water is also very important and is included in the Health of communities that are still difficult to get clean water. This is also one of the main determining factors in improving welfare. By implementing programs that can be realized such as the government needs to work with the private sector, civil society, and donor agencies to increase access to clean water, communities need to be provided with knowledge and skills in managing clean water and good sanitation, and the application of appropriate technology can increase efficiency in managing clean water. Economic and welfare issues are at the heart of local leadership. By making these issues a priority, regional heads can create a better environment for their citizens, focusing on issues including job creation, poverty alleviation, infrastructure improvement, as well as ensuring that the benefits of economic growth can be enjoyed by all levels of society and leave a brighter future for future generations.
The siri napacce culture is one of the cultures found in South Sulawesi, this culture is one of the customs of a person in behaving in everyday life to create a safe, peaceful and peaceful atmosphere. So that this culture can play an important role in creating a healthy environment, especially keeping away from bad influences on our own mentality. Because the values contained in the siri napacce culture are a high attitude of shame and are owned by a person, to be used as a guideline for life in maintaining their words and actions towards others and upholding self-esteem and dignity. This has become a norm in society itself, if it is violated, the impact will end up on oneself, or from the stigma of society that will give a bad assessment of someone who is unable to control their behavior towards others. Therefore, the implementation of the Siri 'Na pacce culture is one of the strategic steps to create an environment that supports mental health today.  +
Fahrezy, Vendredi, 18 Octobre 2024 As we know, it is almost time for us to determine regional leaders for the next 5 years. And as students (often called agents of change), we also have some hopes for prospective leaders. Seeing the sad state of school education in Indonesia which is very worrying. Why do I say "worrying"? Because there are still students who still cannot read and/or write. The truth of this is questionable. Hearing stories from several fellow students who went to schools to take part in the Merdeka Campus program. Where students are directed to schools from Kindergarten (TK) to High School (SMA). My friend said “Ditempatkan ka di sekolah menengah pertama yang dijalan tamalate. Sampe ku disana, ada ku dapat anak-anak tidak bisa membaca. Maksudku saya tohh, kalau memang tidak memungkinkan ki untuk naik kelas yang pasnya SD karena belumpi bisa membaca, jangan dikasih naik kelas”. Therefore, we hope that future leaders will pay more attention to the quality of our education. In our opinion, this is very important because it involves the future of the nation and the fate of the nation's future is in their hands. So, where is the problem behind all this? Through a fairly long discussion process, we managed to try to answer this question. One factor that is quite interesting to discuss is parenting. "Parenting is the process of raising children, which is usually done by their parents/guardians", Khairally (2023). We assume that the lack of education at home is a factor in why children cannot read and/or write due to the lack of teachings from their parents from an early age. But to overcome this problem is very difficult. Because the daily activities of parents are not only caring for children, but they also have to take care of themselves and also work to support their children. Kim (2021) also said "Daily pressures such as preparing children for school, working from home, or doing additional tasks, can make the role of a parent more difficult". Therefore, we turn to another factor, namely teachers. As we know, teachers are jobs that teach knowledge to children in their schools. They are also the ones who teach children how to read and write in kindergarten. And start counting when they first enter elementary school, Caesaria (2023). However, the teaching profession in Indonesia is often considered trivial. Their salaries are also very small when compared to other professions. According to Oktyandito (2024), "Teachers who have Group I are usually new teachers who have graduated from the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) or are bachelors of education. Quoting Government Regulation Number 5 of 2024 concerning Civil Servant Salary Regulations, the salary of a Group I PNS teacher is IDR 1,685,700 to IDR 2,901,400 per month". Seeing that small number certainly makes me personally not want to be a teacher in Indonesia and prefer another profession. Teachers oftentimes take side jobs to cover their needs. So no wonder, if teachers at school are not focused when teaching and assessing their students. So those who are not competent are still given permission to continue their learning at the next level (Moving up a class), even though the student cannot read and/or write. However, what if there are no more students who want to become teachers because of the low salary?. What will the future of this nation be like without them? (the teachers). Therefore, we hope that teacher salaries will be increased to the point of being "adequate" as teaching staff in Indonesia. With the increase in teacher salaries, students will be interested in making the teaching profession their option when choosing a major at university. Although it can hurt the country's asset, but at least we can also raise the standard of teacher quality in Indonesia by raising the standard of quality of Teacher Professional Education (PPG). So the tests that will be given to prospective teachers will be more difficult and strict. This is done to improve the quality of teaching methods for prospective teachers, and to take the teaching profession seriously. So, the solution that I can offer is to raise the standard of teacher quality by making the teaching profession a profession that is worth considering when choosing a major at university, and also tightening the screening of prospective teachers during the Teacher Procession Education (PPG) in order to produce more qualified teachers for this nation.
Improving agricultural infrastructure in Sidrap Regency is essential to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the agricultural sector. Good infrastructure, such as roads, irrigation, and stofacilities, allows farmers to access markets more easily and speeds up the distribution of agricultural products. An effective irrigation system will ensure the availability of water, which is essential for increasing crop yields. In addition, improving infrastructure will help farmers sell their products at better prices, reducing losses due to crop damage. It also contributes to regional economic development by attracting investment and creating jobs. Thus, improving agricultural infrastructure will optimize the potential of natural resources in Sidrap and improve the welfare of the community as a whole. Therefore, if there is a decline in agricultural infrastructure in Sidrap Regency, it will have a significant impact on the agricultural sector and the local economy. First, poor infrastructure hinders the distribution and access of farmers to agricultural tools and materials, so that agricultural production decreases. In addition, the lack of a good irrigation system can cause problems in water management and soil quality, threatening the sustainability of agriculture in the area. Declining crop yields also have an impact on farmers' incomes, which can increase poverty levels. In difficult situations, some farmers may be forced to migrate to cities, which reduces the number of workers in the agricultural sector. This leads to threats to local food security, increasing dependence on imports. Therefore, improving agricultural infrastructure is very important to overcome this problem, increase productivity, and strengthen the local economy. Improving agricultural infrastructure in Sidenreng Rappang (Sidrap) Regency must be improved because it can improve people's welfare, alleviate poverty, increase rice production, optimize the use of rice fields in swampy areas, and increase the planting index. Some examples of work that can be done to improve agricultural infrastructure in Sidrap Regency include: Dredging and normalizing rivers or irrigation channels, Construction and rehabilitation of pumping irrigation, Construction of water gates or ditch dams, Construction of drainage in the form of duekker plates and culverts, Construction of farmer bridges The local government will also likely respond positively to improving agricultural infrastructure, emphasizing the importance of improving roads, irrigation, and accessibility to markets. They will underline that good infrastructure can increase agricultural productivity, enable farmers to sell their crops more efficiently and get better prices, thus having a direct impact on their welfare. In addition, the existence of an adequate irrigation system is very important to maintain the sustainability of agriculture, especially amidst the challenges of climate change. It will also encourage collaboration between government, farmers, and the private sector to ensure that infrastructure development meets the needs of the community. They may add that supporting programs, such as training in modern agricultural techniques and marketing management, are also needed to maximize the benefits of existing infrastructure. Overall, the regional head will emphasize that improving agricultural infrastructure is an important pillar in the economic and social development of Sidrap Regency.
Makassar is a beautiful city that has grown a lot over the years. While it is generally clean, there are still some important issues related to waste management and environmental sustainability that need attention. In this essay, I would like to discuss these issues and suggest a few ways to make the city even better. The Problem of Burning Trash One of the common practices in Makassar is burning trash in front of homes. While some people may think this is an easy way to get rid of waste, it can actually cause problems. The smoke from burning trash creates air pollution, which is harmful to the environment and to the health of people. It can be especially bad for neighbors who have to breathe in the smoke. A better solution would be to collect the trash and burn it far from the city, in a controlled area where it won’t affect people or the air quality. Good Policies in Tourist Areas Makassar has some very good policies in place, especially in tourist areas like mountains and camping sites. For example, when people go hiking or camping, the staff counts all the items they bring with them, like coffee packets or food cans. When they return, the staff checks if they have taken back all their trash. If they have left any trash behind, they are fined. This is a great way to keep tourist areas clean and protect nature. If more places followed this rule, the environment would stay cleaner and more enjoyable for everyone. Supermarkets Reducing Plastic Use Another positive change in Makassar is that supermarkets like Indomaret and Alfamart no longer give plastic bags. If you want to buy something, you need to bring your own bag. This policy encourages people to reduce their use of plastic, which is good for the environment because plastic takes a long time to break down and can harm wildlife. Small changes like this can have a big impact on keeping the city clean. In conclusion, there are both challenges and solutions when it comes to waste management in Makassar. While practices like burning trash in front of homes should be improved, there are also good policies in place, such as in tourist areas and supermarkets. I believe that by raising awareness and making small changes, Makassar can be a cleaner and more sustainable city for everyone.

Education is one of the most important aspects of human life and plays a major role in the development of a nation. Through education, individuals can develop their potential, skills and knowledge needed to face future challenges. In Indonesia, the issue of education is very important because there are still many challenges to be faced, such as the low quality of education, the gap in access between urban and rural areas, and the lack of adequate facilities. In the context of local elections, education issues should be a top priority for prospective leaders. Improving equitable access to education not only helps children acquire the necessary knowledge and skills, but also contributes to poverty reduction and overall improvement in quality of life. Indonesia, which is known as a country with a vast geography, causes inequality in education. This is because there are still many remote areas in Indonesia that are still not covered by proper formal education facilities. Poor infrastructure, as well as a lack of educators, is the first problem in providing quality education in these areas. This can be seen in the difference in school quality between urban and rural areas. Schools in urban areas tend to have more learning facilities and better teaching quality than those in rural areas. Although the government is trying to equitably distribute facilities across the region, it is often faced with a bottleneck in the educational facilities provided to rural areas. Therefore, this issue should be prioritized by regional head candidates in their work programs. In addition, economic inequality has resulted in Indonesia still being classified as a developing country. This can be felt when jobs are difficult to find, the number of unemployed people increases every year, schools are still paid, and many people live below economic standards. As a result, economic inequality has an impact on education. Children from poor families often find it difficult to access quality education due to economic constraints. Although the government has provided various programs such as free schools, scholarships, and so on, educational inequality still occurs because of the unequal assistance provided. Even the assistance provided by the government, not infrequently undergoes periodic cuts until it finally reaches the person concerned not in accordance with the actual amount given. From these problems, regional head candidates must prioritize the issue of education for the better. Improving access and quality of education is an important step towards achieving sustainable development and community welfare in Indonesia, especially in remote areas. Therefore, regional head candidates need to prioritize these issues in their work programs to ensure that every citizen has equal opportunities in obtaining quality education. By prioritizing education issues, regional head candidates can make a significant contribution to regional development. Improved access to and quality of education will give birth to a better generation, ready to face future challenges, and contribute to the overall progress of society.
Improving human welfare and development. Linked to savings in spending on employees to cover the cack of funds for infrastruktur so that the people can be funded  +
Thus, we can improve our mental health and quality of life, while we live a calm, peaceful and happy life! We can value life, and improve our mental health  +
An important priority for regional head candidates is to improve the quality of education for human resources for future generations. This needs to be worried about, because the development of technology is decreasing the quality of education. Then it can cause cases that occur for the younger generation, especially children. There are some children who do not know what BPUPKI stands for, do not know how to read the clock until the emergence of AI makes a lot of changes. next, we need to support regional children, especially in South Sulawesi, who want to uphold education abroad in this era of global competition. there are several challenges that must be considered starting from the curriculum, the quality of teachers who teach, access to education and the education budget. because it is in a remote area, children are eager to realize their dreams, it is a challenge for them. Therefore, what must be considered for prospective regional heads for the next generation for the future progress of the region and nation.  +
In my opinion, environmental pollution occurs because of human carelessness who do not think about the surrounding environment and unconsciously do things that pollute the environment.  +
In my opinion, the regional head must pay more attention to existing education problems, such as if there are those who cannot afford school fees, the regional head must provide scholarships to these students because as we know, many school children have to drop out of school because of financial problems, so the regional head must provide scholarships to students in need.  +

Being part of the digital society has allowed us to connect with a wider world, including professionals like online psychologists. However, Maria Jane Simajuntak, a clinical psychologist who has been providing online counseling services since 2018, admits that online counseling often makes it difficult for psychologists to observe their clients' conditions during sessions and lacks the ability to build emotional connections with them. More specifically, online counseling tends to be more effective for individuals with mild issues, such as insomnia and stress. Therefore, relying solely on online counseling carries the risk of inaccuracies in diagnosis and treatment errors. In reality, leveraging digital applications for mental health management can be re-imagined to be more effective and accessible to all people. With a focus on sustainability and consistency, I present the design of an application called “Riajak,” derived from the Bugis language term “Riaja’,” meaning calmness. The app focuses on activities that clients must complete during a 30-day recovery period through a hybrid system. Referring to Law No.18 of 2014 on mental health, which defines mental health as a state in which an individual can develop physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially, this application incorporates these four indicators to help manage the client’s mental condition. The app will provide a list of recommended activities for clients to complete within 30 days, covering physical, mental, spiritual, and social activities. Each indicator will feature various relevant activities. For example, in the physical aspect, the following activities are recommended: 1. 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 2. Walking 2 km 3. 30 minutes of yoga or gymnastics 4. Gardening for 30 minutes Each successfully completed activity will earn the client points, which they can collect. These points must reach a minimum threshold to qualify for offline consultations with a nearby psychologist. Additionally, "Riajak" will offer games that focus on emotion regulation skills, as well as entertainment options for further point accumulation. Some interesting features will also include song recommendations, nearby healing locations, hobby selection, and a community feature to allow users to connect and share their experiences. "Riajak" integrates advanced Artificial Intelligence to recommend activities based on the problem algorithm and mental health categorization that clients complete during the app registration process. The system will continue to learn and evolve based on the client’s interactions with the app, ensuring that recommendations stay relevant over time. “Riajak” exists to truly help clients find solutions. This is because the main issue individuals face is often their mindset. By learning to process their thoughts and regulate negative energy into productive activities, 70% of the client’s problems can be solved. In conclusion, the suffering each person experiences may never fully subside, but what can increase is the value of our activities and our sense of self-worth. This aligns with the vision of "Riajak," which continues to encourage individuals to take action.
