Coto Makassar or Pallu Coto Mangkasarak is a traditional dish from the Makassar Tribe, South Sulawesi. This food is made from beef offal that is boiled for a long time. The boiled offal mixed with beef is then sliced, then seasoned with specially formulated spices.

Pallu basa is a traditional food from the Makassar tribe, South Sulawesi. Like Coto Mangkasara (Coto Makassar), Pallu basa is also made from the innards (intestines) of cows or buffalo. The cooking process is almost the same as Coto Makassar, namely boiling for a long time. Once cooked, the offal with the meat added is sliced, then placed/served in a bowl. Peppe bananas are made from young kepok bananas. This banana is fried and then flattened. You don't need a flour mixture to fry it, but the texture is guaranteed to be crispy.

Peppe bananas are enjoyed with shrimp paste chili sauce.

Coto makassar atau Pallu coto mangkasarak adalah hidangan tradisional Suku Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Makanan ini terbuat dari jeroan sapi yang direbus dalam waktu yang lama. Rebusan jeroan bercampur daging sapi ini kemudian diiris-iris, lalu dibumbui dengan bumbu yang diracik secara khusus.

Pallu basa adalah makanan tradisional Suku Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Seperti Coto Mangkasara (Coto Makassar), Pallu basa juga terbuat dari jeroan (isi dalam perut) sapi atau kerbau. Proses memasaknya pun hampir sama dengan Coto Makassar, yaitu direbus dalam waktu lama. Setelah matang, jeroan yang ditambah dengan daging itu diiris-iris, kemudian ditaruh/dihidangkan dalam mangkuk. Pisang peppe terbuat dari pisang kepok yang masih muda. Pisang ini digoreng lalu dipipihkan. Kamu enggak butuh adonan tepung untuk menggorengnya, tapi teksturnya dijamin renyah.

Pisang peppe dinikmati dengan sambal terasi.
