Dont be nonchalant

Mental health is such an important thing but most of people didnt realize it , and not only affect our health mental health definitely affect out well being, our life.
In my opinion to create a supportive environment for our mental health and others is to be considerate and more pay attention to our friends and others. And we need to know that everyone have different capacity , emotional level . Every one have their own limits and their own battles. So i think its really important not to be judgemental towards others. Things that make them sad maybe didnt even bother us. And i think we need to listen to the person who need helps , sometime all they need is a couple of ear, they didnt need to be given an advice or something , they just wanted to be heard. And when we find someone who needs help or they show something that is suspicious i think we need to help them, a small action from us sometimes can make a big change. By creating a safe room for them to open up , i think that really helped, but after they open up its also important for us to keep they privacy, cause sometimes i think its hard enough for them to just open up and trust others
So my point is, lets be more considerate, and less judgemental cause we never know what battles other fight or have. And by be more considerate and attentive to others we could help them, pr at least we didnt make it worse for them . Lets create more safe room for each other feelings, our feelings are valid, sad empty happy, anxious etc. Lets be kind to each other- Affiliation
