It is okay that we need our own space

Everyone needs to have time and space for themselves. In a life full of demands, whether from work, family, or social environment, having personal space is important to maintain our mental and emotional health. Personal space does not mean we shy away from others or reject social relationships. Instead, it is an opportunity for us to reflect, recharge, and understand ourselves better. When we permit ourselves to have our own space, we also learn to value relationships with others more. It is important to remember that taking care of ourselves is part of taking care of our relationships with others. Own space is a natural human need and is essential for our well-being.
