In the digital era, social media can also cause stress, for example we often compare ourselves with other people, experience cyberbullying, or even become addicted which ultimately has a negative impact on mental health. Therefore, it is very important for us, especially young people, to learn how to use social media wisely. For example, we need to know when to stop scrolling, be smart in choosing the content we consume, and be aware that what is seen on social media does not necessarily reflect reality. With the right understanding, social media can be a tool that supports mental health, rather than being a source of stress.
