2. Supportive environment The family is an individual's first and main place for support by creating open communication within the family. By providing safe and comfortablepublic spaces for interaction such as parks and green open spaces that can help reduce stress and improve mental health.
3. Healthy Lifestyle In this case, by promoting a healthy and nutritious diet and educating the community about the importance of food for mental health. Physical activity also encourages people to move and exercise regularly. Socialize the importance of adequate rest for mental health and avoid drugs, alcohol and other addictive substances that can damage mental health.
4. Supportive policies
