The importance of the family's role for mental health
This is a Response to the Kesehatan wikithon
Mental health is an important issue and needs our attention. Well, mental health is like what I have read in the background of the technical guidelines for the competition. In Indonesia, RisKeDas in 2018 noted that 9.8% of the vulnerable population aged 15 years and over experienced mental emotional disorders, etc. It can be concluded that this mental health disorder often occurs in teenagers. To overcome this, of course, cannot be done haphazardly because this concerns the mental health of the teenager. This mental health disorder can occur due to conflict in the household, bullying at school, and many other things that can disrupt a person's mental health. This mental health can cause various negative things, such as a person's attitude slowly changing from cheerful to gloomy and quiet, active children becoming closed off from their own families, some even ending their lives, and doing various things that they think can cure them but that will only worsen their mental health. For this reason, we as Indonesian teenagers, young Indonesian men and women must work together to help and maintain the mental health of our generation for the future. Excerpted from the article "Overview of Adolescents' Emotional Mental Health" This article discusses the prevalence of emotional and behavioral problems in adolescents, as well as the factors that influence them, such as relationships with peers and the social environment. JOURNALESEHATANSTIKESNW.AC.ID. So, how do we create an environment that supports mental health? Of course we can do small things such as maintaining good relationships with the people around us, mingling with friends, having positive friendships, not thinking about what other people say for a long time, remaining ourselves wherever and whenever. We can also provide support to friends via social media in this digital era to make the best use of the digital era, such as uploading posters about mental health, etc.
