An environment of mental health support is very important to create Mental health is not only related to the individual, but is influenced by external factors such as the social, physical and cultural environment. A healthy and positive environment can help reduce stress, fear and quality of life in a person. One of the main factors that support mental health is good social relationships. An environment full of support from family, friends and employees, creating a sense of security and comfort. Active social interaction prevents people from feeling important for emotional stability and not feeling isolated. Furthermore, the physical environment plays an important role. Light, clean and natural spaces such as gardens and open areas can reduce tension and improve mood. Comfortable and pollution-free spatial planning can also increase productivity and focus. The importance of an integrated, stigma-free cultural environment cannot be ignored. People supporting each other and prioritizing understanding of mental health creates a safe space for individuals to seek help without fear or shame.
