Transparency and anti-corruption

Transparency and anti-corruption issues relate to how regional head candidates are committed to running a government that is open, honest and free from abuse of power. Transparency involves openness in decision making, budget management, and reporting government performance to the public. Anti-corruption includes efforts to prevent, detect and take action against corrupt practices.
