Mental health problems in Indonesia in 2025 are expected to become increasingly serious, according to Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin, who estimates that around 30% of the total population of 280 million people will experience mental disorders. This means around 84 million people are affected and this is a significant increase in mental health challenges in the country.

From the problems above, we must care about mental health, because the impact is not only felt by individuals but also by the people around them (Sakti, 2024). When someone experiences mental disorders such as depression or anxiety, their social relationships are often disrupted, they may shy away from family or friends, which ultimately creates emotional distance and affects social dynamics (Rosyanti, 2021). Therefore, it is important for all of us to take an active role in supporting mental health, by listening to the problems of those closest to us, so that we can provide emotional support (Yunanto, 2019). In supporting mental health, we also invest in a better future, both individually and collectively, when people get the support they need, they have more opportunities

great to rise above adversity and reach their maximum potential. This is able to make a positive contribution to the surrounding environment. Mental health is not something that can be ignored, it is an integral part of human well-being. by caring for mental health, we not only help to live happier and more meaningful lives but also create a stronger and more empathetic society (Asmarany 2025).
