Description

In English

Tenteng Malino is a typical Bugis-Makassar food originating from Malino City, Gowa, South Sulawesi. The basic ingredients of this food are brown sugar and peanuts, so it is often called Baje Canggoreng. Originally, this food packaging was shaped like candy with a corn husk wrapper. But as development progressed, the packaging was changed to plastic. Making this food starts by melting brown sugar in a frying pan or pan until it thickens, then mixing peanuts into the melted brown sugar. Stir until it starts to cool and mold to size and package in plastic
