Menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kesehatan mental dapat dilakukan dengan cara Membangun Hubungan Sosial yang Positif, Menjalin komunikasi yang baik, penuh empati dengan keluarga atau teman. Kesehatan mental juga dapat kita hindari dengan mendorong kebiasaan sehat seperti pola makan bergizi, olahraga teratur, dan tidur yang cukup. Dengan lingkungan yang suportif, individu lebih mampu mengelola emosi dan menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan lebih baik.

Creating an environment that supports mental health can be done by building positive social relationships, establishing good, empathetic communication with family or friends. We can also avoid mental health by encouraging healthy habits such as a nutritious diet, regular exercise and adequate sleep. With a supportive environment, individuals are better able to manage emotions and face life's challenges better.
