A cigarette is a cylindrical object made of paper measuring between 70 and 120 mm in length and about 10 mm in diameter which contains chopped dry tobacco leaves. Cigarettes are burned at one end and allowed to smolder so that the smoke can be inhaled through the mouth at the other end. These ingredients come from the main cigarette raw material, namely tobacco, cigarette ingredients which are harmful and damaging, carbon monoxide, nicotine, tar, hydrogen, cyanide, benzene, formaldehyde, arsenic.
School-age children or adolescents who smoke will usually experience symptoms of a lack of focus on learning, difficulty understanding lessons because they experience decreased comprehension, are less active, experience anxiety disorders, which causes the child to experience depression
In this aspect, parents need a figure and embrace of the tendency to stay away from cigarettes and other addictive substances. The other optimal effort is education from related agencies or institutions such as the community and education so that they can directly make direct visits to the community and schools. Providing early knowledge and implementing the dangers of smoking for children who are still under the supervision of their parents. This activity could be a big step for the government in preventing and protecting children from smoking from an early age +

In the Bugis language, Sanggara means fried banana, while Balanda comes from the name of the Netherlands. It is said that Sanggara Balanda was created during the Dutch colonial era in South Sulawesi. +
Sanggara' Balanda, is a food made from bananas and the middle is filled with a mixture of margarine, sugar and crushed fried peanuts. Sanggara' in Makassar itself means "Banana", and Balanda means "Netherlands". This banana snack has been around for a long time in Sulawesi. This nickname began to spread after the arrival of the Dutch in Indonesia. "Sanggara' Balanda" was the name for this food for the Dutch at that time, which has now been adopted as a typical culture.
The characteristic of this food is the use of ripe plantains. You should not use other bananas, because they do not match the aroma, texture and taste. Making it also requires the banana to be fried twice, where the first fry is to create a thin skin on the banana as well as the initial caramelization stage, and the second fry is to make the egg coating stick.
The filling is a mixture of peanuts that have been fried/roasted and ground, but not until smooth, with salted margarine. Some people add cheese for additional salty and savory taste. After the banana has been fried twice and rested, cut the banana in the middle but not in half, or through to the other side. The peanut filling was also put into this section. After that, these bananas are put in a container and sprinkled with a thick sugar solution to add sweetness. +
I have a younger sister who is very lazy, emotional and also talkative, I always scold her because of her attitude like that. Suddenly she dreamed that she wanted to nominate herself as party chairman, then I laughed at her wish. But she remained adamant about her wish. what he had just said. I immediately fell silent and then laughed in my heart, saying, "How could a creature like him become the chairman of a party?" I also agreed to his wish so that he wouldn't be angry. the national ideals of the Indonesian nation as referred to in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia
Protect and maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia
Developing democratic life based on Pancasila by upholding the sovereignty of the Indonesian people
Realizing prosperity for all Indonesian people.
I also feel proud of the words he said, but at the same time I am not sure that he is capable of becoming the head of a political party. +
"A SMILE ON SUNDAY MORNING"
I picked up a smile at your (grandmother's) house, whom I greeted this morning and said, "Excuse me, I'm taking a photo of grandma." This is like a small gift given by the universe, how a smile can appear on Sunday morning.
Truly, a meaningful morning walk. +
Regarding the Constitutional Court's decision which has gone viral recently, I am a little interested and quite confused about this, in Article 169 letter q of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections it is stated that the requirement to become a presidential candidate and vice presidential candidate is "age minimum 40 years," However, suddenly the MK went viral and held its first hearing on material testing regarding this age limit.
Then the result of the Constitutional Court's decision stated that changes or additions can be made as a vice presidential candidate at a minimum age of 40 years, or you can even be as young as 40 years old if you have previously served as regional head. What is surprising here, according to my little understanding, is that the Constitutional Court does not have the right to change or add to statutory regulations, and the Constitutional Court only has the right to review the results of the decision to cancel or validate, so it is quite surprising that the Constitutional Court issued a decision with additions to the law. +
Talking about sexual violence, women have always been the targets for doing this unworthy act. Not only in the community, even in the world of education today, sexual violence against women often occurs. Both between students and even Lecturers, teachers and . Staff. Perhaps some perpetrators are not aware that they are harassing someone.for example is “cat calling” where they whistle or flirt when a woman walks alone. I think this is verbal abuse. In fact, it is not uncommon for lecturers or teachers to carry out verbal harassment such as "sexting" through the WhatsApp application.
Seeing this case, according to the role of the government, it must strictly enforce the law regarding this case. Because the world of education should be a comfortable and safe place for everyone to study. the state must not ignore and consider it unimportant, the emergency situation of sexual violence is increasingly happening today. the government should have realized as a hard blow that it was necessary to immediately finalize the Draft Law (RUU) on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS).
Women as producers of the nation's generation should be protected not become targets or targets in committing acts of violence. The community should change their mindset related to patriarchal culture, often in cases of sexual harassment women who are actually victims get criticism from the community, for example words like "maybe because your clothes are too sexy" or "maybe you are too close to men". and not only that, sometimes women who have been victims of sexual violence are usually labeled as women with bad morals and are seen as bad by society. this is what usually makes the victims to prefer silence rather than speak up.
In society, as well as in the world of education, we need to build gender equality as a form of giving women the right to be able to develop themselves and their potential through education. +
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 90% of adult smokers first try smoking before age 18, and about 25% of them try for the first time before age 10. The number of smokers at children's age is increasing globally including in Indonesia. According to Global Youth Tobacco Survey (GYTS) conducted by the ministry of health of the republic of Indonesia in 2019, it is estimated that 8.9% of secondary school (junior high) and 29.3% of Indonesia's high school (high school) students have tried smoking.
Some studies also argue that such factors as peers, environmental influences, cigarette advertisements that appeal to children, and the perception that smoking makes one look more adult and more sophisticated are some of the many reasons that encourage children to try smoking. Early smoking habits increase an individual's risk of becoming chronic smokers. Therefore, effort is required to address the growing number of smokers in children.
One of the most optimized efforts is to integrate the dangers and threats of cigarettes into learning through the creation of learning tools by explaining cigarette dangers to body health. School environment is one way to campaign for awareness about the dangers of smoking cigarettes. Additionally, parental supervision and support from an environment that limits children's access to cigarettes may be required +
Soto Banjar is a typical soto from the Banjar tribe, South Kalimantan, with the main ingredients being chicken and having the fragrant aroma of spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. This soto contains shredded chicken, potato cakes, boiled eggs, and is served with pieces of ketupat.
Like chicken soto, the dominant Banjar soto seasonings used are shallots, garlic and pepper. Soto Banjar does not use turmeric like Soto Lamongan from East Java. The spices are sautéed first with a little cooking oil or ghee until fragrant before being added to the chicken stew. +
