Along with this, various labels emerged to describe teenagers, including the strawberry generation, a generation rich in ideas, high imagination and creativity but very shaky under pressure with a weak mentality, like strawberries, which are beautiful on the surface but very fragile when they fall. One of the causes is the normalization of the environment that teenagers are weak figures who must continue to be backed up when they encounter problems or challenges, teenagers become accustomed to relying on other people, be it parents, teachers or friends to handle what they consider difficult, some teenagers become individuals who make it easier to throw responsibility rather than looking for a way out and in the end they become characters who have a weak mentality and easily take negative actions. Reflecting on this condition, there needs to be real action from all parties to stop normalizing and labeling teenagers negatively. Referring to the Asia Care Survey 2024, the most concerned mental disorder is stress or burnout, which is then followed by sleep quality problems. This increase is caused by various factors, one of which is environmental changes driven by the rapid development of information and communication technology which may trigger pressure and social isolation which leads to anxiety, depression, and prolonged stress.
In overcoming mental health problems, DAPIL SEWARGA (Skilled Youth Healthy Soul and Body) is needed. - Integrated and Sustainable Tourism in South Sulawesi + (Tourism in South Sulawesi has great potent … Tourism in South Sulawesi has great potential with various appealing natural and cultural destinations. In recent years, the development and management of tourism in South Sulawesi have made progress. According to the 2022 National Tourism Development Index (IPKN), South Sulawesi ranks 5th. However, several issues must be addressed to make tourism more integrated and sustainable. Key issues include infrastructure development, lack of promotion, environmental preservation, improving human resources (HR), and the social impact on local communities. The following are some of the factors:

1. Tourism Infrastructure Development
Adequate infrastructure, such as access roads, public facilities, and transportation, is crucial to support tourism. Tourist destinations in South Sulawesi, such as Tanjung Bira, Toraja, and Selayar, are often difficult to reach due to limited infrastructure. Many tourists have complained about slow or even non-existent internet and cellular networks in some locations. The development of roads, bridges, and basic facilities should be a priority to prevent undesirable incidents such as accidents.

2. Lack of Tourism Promotion
The South Sulawesi Culture and Tourism Office acknowledges that the media used for promotion is still limited. As a result, many tourist destinations are not well-known to both local and international communities. The use of social media and digital platforms is not optimal, compounded by inactive social media accounts of the relevant agencies, which prevents the dissemination of information about tourist destinations.

3. Environmental Preservation
One of the main challenges faced by tourism in South Sulawesi is environmental preservation. South Sulawesi offers many options for nature tourism, from beaches to mangrove forests. However, unplanned development has led to environmental degradation, including pollution and the loss of flora and fauna. Additionally, there is insufficient awareness or education among the population and industry, leading to practices such as littering, illegal logging, and coral reef destruction.

4. Quality of Human Resources in the Tourism Sector
In several areas, such as Tanatoraja Regency, staff at the Tourism Office do not have formal educational backgrounds in tourism. This indicates that many human resources involved in the sector lack the knowledge and skills needed to manage tourism professionally.

Suggestions for the Government:
While there have been improvements in various tourism sectors based on my readings, I hope further enhancements and innovations are made in tourism. Here are some suggestions for improvement:

Prioritize Infrastructure Development: Focus on building roads, bridges, and other public facilities that support accessibility to tourist destinations. Create engaging content to reach a broader audience.
Integrated Promotion Campaigns: Conduct integrated promotion campaigns involving various stakeholders, including local business owners.
Strict Environmental Regulations: Implement and enforce strict regulations related to environmental management in tourism areas, including monitoring developments that could harm ecosystems.
Environmental Education: Organize educational programs for local communities and the tourism industry on the importance of environmental preservation.
Ongoing Training and Education: Implement ongoing training programs for human resources in the tourism sector, including tour guides, hotel managers, and local entrepreneurs.
Collaboration with Educational Institutions: Collaborate with educational institutions to provide curricula relevant to the needs of the tourism industry.
I hope the government remains consistent in maintaining tourism, and for those who read my opinion, I apologize if there is any misinformation or excessive commentary. - School of Parenting (SoP) + (We are certainly familiar with the phrase … We are certainly familiar with the phrase 'Mens sana in corpore sano', which means "a healthy mind in a healthy body". I am sure that the people in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0 still agree with this expression. Unfortunately, the increasingly dynamic challenges of life have made Indonesian people forget about the importance of maintaining mental health. In fact, good mental health is able to contribution positively to the quality of life that is being lived.

Talking about mental health, my mind was then filled with question regarding 'who is the most responsible for creating good mental health towards the Indonesia young generation?'. In the end, I only have one definite answer, which is FAMILY. The family is the smallest unit of social life that shapes character, values, and norms. Families that are able to carry out their functions well are automatically responsible for creating reliable generations of the nation's successors. Otherwise, Families that don't care about mental health have actually played an active role in creating the next generation of the nation filled with feelings of anxiety.

Creating an environment that supports mental health for the young generation can't be done instantly. As a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I look forward to being involved in a program to raise awareness of the importance of mental health targeting parents at the elementary school level. As an effort to realize this, close synergy is needed with various elementary schools, universities, and Psychology Institutions registered in the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI). I imagine that on Saturday/Sunday morning, all schools in Indonesia are compactly and enthusiastically holding parenting classes to provide insight and encourge parents to prioritize children's emotional and social development in their parenting practices. The class became a knowledge transfer room for Psychologists in the field of child development towards parents as guardians of students. Furthermore, psychology students or psychology graduates can act as assistants who help the class succeed. I am aware that this idea requires time and hard work to see the results that we dream of together in the future, namely a 2045 Golden Indonesia vision without an Anxious Generation.

I am optimistic that this idea is sure to be implemented by determining pilot schools in several provinces in Indonesia. Reflecting on the success of the Wahid Institute, a NGO that carry out the 'Sekolah Damai' project until finally being able to encourage the practice of tolerance in many schools in Indonesia. Therefore, the 'Sikola Ammarakai' or "School of Parenting (SoP)" project is expected to be able to encourage the realization of parenting practices that support positive mental health for children who will be the future leaders of the nation.

This belief comes when I read data about the number of first degree study programs in Psychology in Indonesia-precisely in 2024-which has reached 205 universities, which means that Indonesia has many talents who are ready to take a role to realize the success of this program. They can be an important reinforcement for child development Psychologists, which we all know are still limited in number in Indonesia. Furthermore, schools can provide support and assistance to build children's social skills, so that they are mentally ready to become social beings who can adapt to all challenges in their environment. Lastly, I believe that the success of parents as the best support system to supporting positive mental health for their children can bring a positive domino effect to schools and to the Indonesian community in the future.to the Indonesian community in the future.)

Even though they are surrounded by family, friends, or coworkers, they still feel isolated and misunderstood. Prolonged loneliness can trigger various mental disorders, such as depression and anxiety, and even lead to a desire to isolate themselves from the social environment.

People with mental disorders often face stigma and discrimination. Many consider them "different" or even "dangerous," so they are increasingly marginalized. As a result, they have difficulty getting social support that should help them recover.
